MATERIAL - Made from our unique fully engineered CANBed material, this step will NEVER rust!  The material is stronger than aluminum, and lighter than aluminum. 

PAINTING - The CANStep can be painted any color!  Do It Yourself!  The surface first needs to be scuffed with a red Scotch Brite Pad, primed, and then painted.  Optionally we also recommend applying paint-matched bed liner for a very durable surface.  The gritted step tread surface SHOULD NOT be painted.  Only the vertical sides, and front edged of the step treads should be painted or bedlined.

ASSEMBLY REQUIRED - set aside a 30 minute assembly time.  All mounting hardware and basic tools are included.

WARNING - there are subtle differences in Volvo models.  We recommend watching the installation video where we also explain which step fits your Volvo.  Some models are NOT supported.  Also note that if you have "chicken illumination lights" along the edge of your steps those might require that you cut a notch out of the vertical support to allow space.  You can cut and sand the edge of vertical the step support as needed.
